Use of the Platform
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university to use our job-seeking services. Employers must be authorized representatives of legitimate businesses.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use the Platform for any illegal purposes
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post spam or malicious content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Scrape or collect data without permission
- Impersonate another person or entity
Job Seekers
Applications
When you submit a job application through our Platform, you authorize us to share your information with the relevant employer. We are not responsible for how employers use your information after receiving it.
Accuracy of Information
You certify that all information provided in your applications, resume, and profile is accurate, current, and complete. Misrepresentation may result in account termination and withdrawal of job offers.
No Guarantee of Employment
GenZJob provides a platform to connect job seekers with employers but does not guarantee job offers, interviews, or employment outcomes.
Employers
Job Postings
Employers must:
- Post only legitimate job opportunities
- Accurately describe job requirements and compensation
- Comply with all applicable employment laws
- Not discriminate based on protected characteristics
- Respect applicants' privacy and data
Prohibited Job Postings
You may not post jobs that:
- Are fraudulent or misleading
- Require illegal activities
- Involve pyramid schemes or MLM
- Require upfront payment from candidates
- Violate labor or employment laws
Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on GenZJob.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, applications, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and share it as necessary to provide our services.
Disclaimers and Limitations
Platform "As Is"
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.
Third-Party Content
We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of job postings, employer conduct, or applicant information. Users interact with each other at their own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GenZJob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse of other users
- Any reason we deem necessary to protect the Platform or users
Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
